This rare C & C 37, Tri-Cabin Sailboat is in above average condition and in need of a new home. She sleeps six (6) adults in six (6) berths all surrounded by teak and holly sole. What helped to make this sailboat much better for Southwest Florida, was the shortening of the keel down to 5' 5" which was done by the factory at C & C Yachts. This vessel was rigged as a masthead cutter with double aluminum spreaders on an oval shaped anodized aluminum mast and boom. The standing rigging is comprised of Navtec rod which is cold headed to the various end fittings and appears in good condition. Navtec turnbuckles are fitted to through deck chainplates which are firmly anchored to reinforced points on the interior of the hull. FINESSE includes Seven (7) sails all in average condition as well as the Harken roller furling system for the jib. The Battery, Alternator and Selector Switch are all new in 2008. The galley GSI Three (3) Burner Stove has been converted to LPG gas. Note that the electroncis are all in good working condition and tested 07/24/09, however the Speed Indicator is currently not working. In addition, on 07/24/09 a new Yanmar Mixing Elblow was installed which was clogged due to age and was in need of replacement. There are blisters on the bottom and she is due for fresh bottom paint.
